What's on the menu this morning? Another 'gone green' drink! Literally, 'gone'... right into my tummy. Since our steep investment in our Vitamix (which will be completely paid off in March!), I've been dabbling in juicing and making all sorts of things for my daughter. Yes, I confess that I sneak in her veggies in all those smoothies I give her. Guilty as charged.
Here are today's list of ingredients:
Kale
Wheat Grass
Avocado (half)
Apple (quarter)
Lemon (squeeze)
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
Ginger
Ice
This, I find, is the best way to begin my day and all it has to offer. And when I'm done, I wear my green mustache proudly!
